sps, can't help you with the colour, but I can confirm that 06 HSE's have bi xenon lights as well as adaptive lights. My other half thinks that Adriatic Blue was replaced by Buckingham Blue, but we were told different things by different dealers.  Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE

sps, my first discovery 3 was Adriatic Blue, but when Land Rover replaced it I was told that this colour was no longer available and had been replaced with Buckingham Blue which is a shade darker. 1996 Discovery 1 300TDI ES Biarritz Blue, sold

Likewise my has been pretty much faultless (and no I don't wait for the 'boing') Yes certainly love it, best thing I have ever driven- and then some 
November 16th is our D3's birthday. 22k miles now without upset. A couple of minor start up issues last winter and we too have the scrubbed tyres, but basically lots of trouble free, very pleasurable driving ..... Disco 4 TDV6HSE

My 06 SE has bi-xenons. Interestingly the build date to delivery dates are so close. My car was built and delivered in September. I think that Buckingham Blue is the new colour - I was told they are very similar. Enjoy if you get one....
