07MY wheels??

Just been down to my local dealer (finally got my full sized spare for Mrs L's car) & saw a newish (06 reg) D3 with rather nice wheels. There was no model badge on the back & it was cloth seats. Salesman said that there was a guy down from LR when I asked about the wheels so could these be an 07MY ca?. Car looked very new, tyres (Goodyares) were still beading water in the rain & looked new. Wheels were 18". Nearest I can find in LR website is:

Sorry about the bling thing on the left above! Embarassed

LR website has the new wheels. My SE has got the new Style 2 10 spokes on it - I think they are very nice. Check my gallery or the LR website.

As far as I can see, no changes to the wheels for '07MY.

Specs for wheels and upgrades are the same wording as 06... Confused

07 line up is:

5 seat & GS have 17" (current TDV6 wheels)
XS has 18" Style 1 (current S)
SE has 18" Style 2 (current SE)
HSE has 19" (current HSE)

Maybe they were hanging around when Ford bought LR off them.

Kinda makes up for all the kit they took off the 'S' Smile but only VERY slightly.

I'd replace my 19" wheels with them if I see them on a certain auction site! Wink

Love the new wheels, saw dealer info sheet with them on a few weeks ago. Surprised a dealer wouldn't know Shocked

Can you specify them on an SE?

That aside... Why do I keep thinking Mk IV XR3i when I see them - or possibly cosworth. (Ford influence...?)
Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!
