19" or 20" Ride quality
Hi could anyone please tell me if the ride quality is much different from 19" to 20", presently on 18" and I am concerned about loosing the good ride on 18".
Also looking at 19" off 2010 m/y RR Vogue, told would need 4mm spacers, would these need to be hubcentric ( I think that is the right word) and is that a good idea and where would I be able to get these and roughly how much would they be.
Regards Rick

It does compromise quality, IMHO. I drive 17" offroad and 18" on-road. I tested a D4 on 20" rims and thought it harsh. I hear that the D4 is set up for a firmer ride anyway, but I don't know that for sure. Anyway, there's plenty of folk that like 20" rims but they're not for me.

Asked myself the same question a couple of weeks ago. Looked at 20" but went for 19". No regrets, still a comfortable ride and looks great too.
I would check if you really need spacers, most recent lr rims are à straight fit. Seen a couple of spacers on eBay.CLUB ILLEGAL CAR WASHERS

Yes those are the ones, deff will go no larger than 19s,thanks for the info, again just checking if I would need hub centric, and would you fit spacers to all wheels
Worth a try - don't forget also the extra pull you get, almost as good as a re-tune some say

I got a set of those boeing and was going to fit spacers, but my insurance blew me straight out of the water! Had to forget that idea.
Now going to use the tyres from them on my seven spoke FFRR. Wanna buy five 19" 2010 rims?
I found the ride a lot better when I changed from 18" to 19" by the way.
