2006 Metropolis

I have done a deal with a friend of mine to sell my D4 and take his metropolis in px. Its a 2006 in black with around 135000 miles. I will give it a good check over when i get it but it will be up for sale as soon as i get it

My disco is only used very occasionally so i am prepared to run the D3 for a while if necessary and being a metropolis its not exactly slumming it Rolling with laughter

This will be my 6th D3/D4, getting to be an addiction now Mr. Green

It needs a set of window waist rubbers and i suspect front wishbones as there is a knocking under braking. It will be getting a good road test this weekend upto the lake district so should find out if there is anything major to sort

After giving it a quick check over i have ordered almost £700 worth of parts today Rolling Eyes , so much for not needing much but at least i will be able to sell it with a clear conscience

Parts ordered

both front lower wishbones/ bolts
cross drilled front discs
new pads
2 new pirelli scorpions
track rod ends
track rod inners
front driveshaft
MOST IMPORTANT PART- DISCO3.CO.UK window sticker Mr. Green

Hopefully get the jobs done over the next few days before a weekend road test around the Lake district. Previous Discos
