2010 D4 HSE, no one touch window closing? |
|
Neither the drivers or front passenger windows have one touch closing on my new to me 2010 (May) HSE.
Is that how it should be? My 2006 HSE had it on the drivers window and IIRC later model D3's had it on the passengers as well.
I was wondering if it was an error and could be activated by a dealer or "elf n' safety" gone mad!

They should have it, open then close the window, hold the switch in the closed position for about 10 seconds after the window has clsoed and then try it, think that is the porcess for re-setting it. If not I am sure there will be others who know better along soon. MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Just about to leave my office, so I'll give it a try thanks
Perhaps I'll have a little look through the handbook tonight. Need to try to get to grips with the "infotainment". I thought the D3 HSE was over complicated

My D4 is now 4 weeks old and had the same thing, one touch opening but no one touch closing. Went back to the dealer and the sales guy came and did it, think its quite common if the sales guy can do it.
Hold both front windows all the way down then both all the way up and keep buttons up for 10 sec once closed and now works fine
