I've looked at both the questions you posted - one of them has been answered pretty definitively, and the responses to the other one, while not able to actually answer the question (simply because, in the contect of what you posted, there isn't a quick, simple answer), are definitely not 'strange'. I really don't see what the problem is.

You do realise this is a forum and not a paid for service.
Most on here are enthusiastic amateurs, I've looked at your posts and the sat nav one seems to be have been answered the other I have no idea about.
Have you had any codes read on your vehicle or done any diagnostic work yourslef to try and identify the problem.
And of course Welcome, always nice to introduce yourself and say hello
