22" Stormers 295/30/22

Hi just a quick question could possibly get my hands on 5 22" stormers at a good price with 295/30/22 size tyres
Would these tyres be ok the actuaul radius is 3.3% smaller ther are the figures

Stock 235/70/17 stormers 295/30/22
Rolling Radius: 239.01 cm Rolling Radius ;231.16
Total Diameter:76.08 cm Total Diamiter ;73.58
Sidewall Height: 16.45 cm Sidewall Height;8.58

When your speedo reads 30mph you will actually be doing 29.0mph

• When your speedo reads 60mph you will actually be doing 58.8mph

Are these too small and would this affect MPG / performance ect -- unsure of tyre load rating as yet

Cheers
