285/50/20's - steering stops or permanent lift?

Hello everybody! Smile

Planning to get some 285/50/20 Cooper LTZ's for my 2010 D4.
They'll be mounted on 20" RRS rims with a 53mm offset.

I've read that they will rub slightly on full lock. Can this be solved with a permanent lift (say 20mm?) or is it better to go with the Prospeed steering stops?

Pictures of 285/50/20's are very welcome!!

Thanks Bow down
