7 seat 'virgin' - deflowered !

OK..... I've just done it for the first time....... pass me a cigarette.....no wait....I don't smoke....Oh nevermind.....wow....that was good !!.

Well what I'm trying to say is that I used all of my seven seats for the first time today. Shipped my lad (who was 12 yesterday) and a bunch of his friends down to Guildford for the mandatory 'Birthday' bowling session.

I must say what a fantastic 'people carrier' the disco really is. Access and egress a breeze and loads of space for the brats to be brats in. You are reassured about how cool the disco3 is, when for 10 minutes or so - thats all they were talkin about ! Although I did detect the words Mission Impossible 3 a few times too ! I'd taken them all to see that yesterday. Good film, I even managed to open my eyes in time to see Tom hanging out of one of the disco3's

Overall, I was very impressed at the ease of the whole operation and in future I will have no qualms about offering to drive our bunch of friends when we go out to dinner.

How was your first time....was it good for you too?

Only used all 7 seats once - when my father-in-law had a heart attack - not a great occasion, but the the car came in very handy for transporting family(in-law!). Wasn't expecting to use the seats, so I had 2 push-chairs plus other crap in the boot. Managed to fit it all behind the rear seats, get everybody in, and rush to the hospital.

My biggest problem with the seats is the arguments - 'I want to sit in the boot' or 'I want to sit in the middle' - it doesn't matter which seats are available, they want the other ones... Evil or Very Mad

I use the 3rd row quite often, its a good way of splitting up the hooligans and preventing fights etc.

I sat in the back seats last night for the first time, loads of room for my tall hunky body and my tall fat mate ( it's the other way round so the wife says Thud ) anyway very impressed, oh and it seems along way to the front , mind you a wheel barrow full of Cobra beers and a vindaloo can play tricks on your eye sight Shocked

Thread resurrected... (couldn't find my one on using 7 seats)

Had seven in (again) this afternoon on a run out to Derwent/Ladybower Reservoirs from Glossop over the infamous A57 Snake Pass.

The D3 powered up the 1:7 to 1:14 sections of the Snake Pass with awesome effortlessness - am still impressed after 6 months ownership 8)
