8 speed gearbox fluid change interval
What is recommended interval for changing the fluid on the 8 speed box?
I suppose there is a difference between what LR and the gearbox manufacturer advise?Just 'cause you got the power... that don't mean you got the right.

Think I’ve read from others its around 60,000 miles
Indeed a big difference where JLR quote an oil / filter change around 10 x years / 150,000 miles
My son-in-law works at Morgan. They use the same box in their cars. Got him to get the guy on the next desk to contact the gezza who sells them their gearboxes.
Sealed for life is the LR line. ‘Change every 60,000 miles’ is the instruction from the very nice man at ZF who supplies them. I used Ian Bodsey on this site for the change. Can recommend his mobile service. Preserver as communication is not his strong point but worth it.
