This seams to be the best solution atm.

A resistor and switch. Much easier!

Problem is that I do know how the procedure goes, but not how to manipulate these d*mn glow plugs, because they are freaking hard to acces!

ok, so I managed (through grinding some metal bits down) to acces and change all six of the glowplugs without breaking them.

Also I 've changed the sump and filter (autobox) without much of a hassle... All pretty straight forward but the car still laggs when in low revs (1st/2nd gear)
