you pull it upwards off the metal peg.

Then you need to squeeze the legs together hard and force it out!

It's not easy!

But use force

I think you push the metal tube in to the connector and at the same time push the grey square in.
The pipe should then pull out

The red circled bit is actually a plastic 'container' where there were two silcone hoses attached to.
I can not lift it way up to the point that it can be removed due to the fact that there are several pipes/tube s in the way (airconditioning?)

Whitout the possinility to remove the plastic container, there is no way I can acces the glowplugs I think. Then again, this is the second time I've seen my trusty Landy's insides and I am in no way pretending to be a mechanic.
So If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
Andy

I think the yellow is coolant that goes down to the EGR coolers by exhaust manifold

It’s only water antifreeze so you can remove it.

With little coolant loss.

Removing glowplugs
Can easily result in them breaking. Why dont you try the front one first ?

If you hook some wire round the orange bar you can pull it off

Pretty sure they're all shot at this point. So need to replace them (probably) all.
Wondering how it is supposed to be done.
Seems a little bit odd that you need to dissasemble half of the car to get acces to the glowplugs

(in case of broken ones, I have bought the Sealey Sx0408 Damaged Glow Plug Removal Set (8 And 10Mm)

btw; 100% that it is a cooling pipe?
