ADDITIONAL STEERING LOCK

With all the thefts of D4's with keyless entry, does anyone use the baseball bat type steering lock as an extra deterant? or are they easy to get off or a help to snap the fitted lock. you could always use the baseball type to hit whoever trys to steal your car
All thoughts welcome
thanks in advance
Mike

I have fitted a stop lock to my evoque (when parked) had it for many years probably last used it on a car 15+ years ago also put the keys in a faraday pouch it does not mean it won’t be nicked but anything to make it harder for the thieves to steal.

Disklok has been recommended on this forum a number of times and comes out consistently well in anti theft device reviews.
I have one I use on occasion. It's quite bulky, you can get a carry bag to make it easy to lug around.
Cheers

Disklock (medium size) is the way to go, just sold the one from my ex. D4 and bought a small size for my new car. Get a bag and wheel cover.👍
Now Golf GTI PP, 7 speed DSG.
Ex D3 and D4
