Just be aware that the EBC pads don't come with new caliper bolts or anti-rattle springs... I'd consider a drop of threadlock on the old bolts if you fit the EBC pads or even fitting OEM pads every 2 or 3 pad changes

this is my second pad change ..86000 miles ..still some meat on them ..but going on a long trip so wanted to be safe .
I didnt put threadlock on mine (i would normally ) but as these are not OEM stuff ..i wanted to make sure all is well .Once im happy i will whip the bolts out and thred lock them
Have you ever come accross the "brake in coating " stuff on the front off the pads ?
Does it have any benifit and would that explain the smoke i had comming off them G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Isnt it easier (and maybe cheaper) to fit the V8 front discs, as you then keep the same pads.
This is the route I took.

definately would be here. The slotted and drilled after market disks are $280 each. Standard aftermarket ones are over $200. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

Hard to say as i replaced the rears on Tuesday , so there still bedding in . One thing i have noticed is the lack of brake dust on my wheels ..which is great in my view .
Should do another 300 miles tommorow so i will let you know after the weekend .
They do look very good aswell G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
