Air suspension codes. Advice on which IID.

Hi all. If I was going to buy an IID Machine, Which on would you recommend? Are there any current buying groups to keep the cost down?

I have issues with my suspension, a couple of recurring codes and the Censored is way up in the gods, I will post pics of the codes, any advice would be great. I have replace the front valve blocks and a rear height sensor, and now it’s sitting high on the rear.

I think the diagnostic machine we are using is capable of suspension calibration, but it can’t do it while there is a fault.

Many thanks

Eddie

No tool will allow a calibration while a fault is present, as a fault can, and will affect the ride height, which also messes the calibration values...

As for your code, there will be a chaffed wire in the NSR wheelarch, most likely Thumbs Up

Hi Mike, thanks for the reply. Would the chaffed wire cause the D3 to sit high on the rear? It was sinking on the front and only giving us normal ride height, we replaced the valve blocks on the front and now it sits very high on the back but is still telling us it’s achieved normal ride height. It also doesn’t allow special functions occasionally, do you think that will be the chaffed wire too? Will it not select special functions because it has to to adjust the suspension when mid and ruts is selected for example?

Thanks for your insight.

Cheers
Eddie
