Air suspension sanity check
I’ve had a fault at the front valve block for a while and the symptoms are it’s rising to normal hight but won’t get to high
Checking on the pressure when I’m using iid I’m getting a reading of 1700kpa while pumping then a sneeze and stable at 300kpa
I can see the front right and left valve block
readings flick to 100% then I get the amber error (C1A31 and 32)
I’ve taken the valve block apart and nothing seems wrong in it.
My thought is to look at the valve block off the compressor or the galley because of the crazy high readings or is it just the front block that’s gone caput?

The readings are very similar to mine and as far as I know are correct, the compressor switches off at 1780kpa and then vents the gallery to prevent the compressor from having to start on full load. 1780kpa is approximately 258psi and the rear air suspension needs around 250psi at maximum vehicle weight.

Thanks! That makes me think the galley isn’t the right route - looks like a valve block

Did you find what is the issue? I have same problem with front valve block electrical error from gap tool. Fitted new valve block and getting same thing. Haven't got time to look for wire damage but plug looks like brand new...

yep there were 2 issues
1. I had a problem with the wiring loom to the fuel gauge which had been causing issues for a while. This gave a secondary issues to the check brake light, suspension rising, special programs and no fuel gauge
2. After I fixed the above and clean the valve block I realised I hadn’t clipped the the block back in (doh)
It had slow rising error when it first raised but now all good
If you check the live feeds from your sender 1 and 2 on the iid tool see if one of the voltage reading is static - if so that’s the wire you have issue with

Let me know if you have any questions on it, it shouldn’t take too long, pain is if you have to drop the tank!

No static going up and down little bit. Checked the wire could not see any damages. Looks ok all in protection sleeve.

Any other errors being thrown up?
Might be the wiring to the valve block instead if there aren’t
