Altox - error message SMS when starting the car

My Altox is scheduled to start the heater 30 mins before I leave for work. However.. if I am actually ready on time and start the car before the schedule has finished, I get 2 error text messages from the unit:

SMS1:
-------
Error!
The heater does not start.
Technical info: W7,3,6
-------
SMS2:
-------
Webasto Diagnostics
Error code: 24, 03
-------

I'm not sure if the first 3 relate to error codes, as they don't have the '0's in front of the number, but if they do it's these:

07 Heating unit interlocked
03 Flame failure
06 Heating unit overheated

The second lot:

24 Car is almost out of fuel
03 Flame failure

The car isn't almost out of fuel, and the flame was showing on the app before the car was started.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thumbs Up

IIRC if I am driving when it attempts the scheduled warmup, I get the first text you get but second one shows zeros as error codes.

give me a couple of mins and I'll get exact txts.

typical ... phone refused to send copy of texts and I've had to re-initialise work email account on it to sort that Sad

anyway ... txts were almost as I remembered just the second one literally says "no errors"
