MOT history is good, surprisingly few faults for the age and mileage. I have not run a data check but seems to be a tidy clean car. Same owner for past five years.
New oil pump is vital, and check service history. Chris

I don't keep up with used prices, but I do know that it seems quite a high price for a 58 reg Disco 3 ?
I bought a really good 55 plate SE two years ago, that had been well cared for by two previous forum owners and had a lot of big ticket items replaced, inc auto box, torque converter suspension arms, front suspension etc. It was in excellent condition with 140K miles and full service history, I paid £4100 for it and it's still going strong.
If you can wait, it pays to shop around for a good one that's been loved, they appear on here from time to time.
£10K seems a lot to me for that car. 2005 TDV6 SE Auto

That is a pretty dismal mot failure rate!
Owner likes to run brake pads beyond their limit, tyres the same, mil lights/epb on, and still sticks it in for mot
So you have to ask yourself, what else has been run past its sell by date?

Time for a visit to opticians (already have an appointment)
If you enter last letter of the registration as "Y" instead of "V", vehicle is a very similar D3 with an enviable MOT history.
Having read the correct MOT history, I would expect next owner of this car to be unhappy and disappointed with it
My apologies Chris
