Anyone know a supplier for 19" HSE Wheels? |
|
Anyone know a reputable supplier who can provide genuine Land Rover 19" HSE wheels at reasonable prices? Also, which tyres are best for them bearing in mind it will rarely, if ever, do any off road driving?

Congratulations on joining the site. I successfully used E-bay to get a second set of wheels even down in my isolated part of the world. There are a surprising number of people "blinging" to 20" wheels and selling smaller sizes.
As for "which tyres", there is probably an infinite number of threads recommending/discussing/arguing tyres. Funny how the subject of tyre preferences can easily go around in circles . I suggest trolling around the website, as the more you read, the more you (think you) know.

Ah, forgot to mention that once you've sent 5-6 messages, you're eligible to send personal messages. I suggest when so duly qualified you send PMs to both "TLO" ("The Large One" who is a fabulous guru and LR dealer), and "AJX4X4", equally helpful tyre seller. They're both registered on the website to be sponsors and they're worth every cent. I would think they're local to you. Of course being a Western Australian, my sense of distance is that anything within 1000km is local (an easy but boring day's drive here). E-mail Autobrokers in Leeds, they sometimes have some.
Generally advertised on E-bay, but sometimes have some not advertised.
Had two sets from them, splendid firm to deal with.
