I used 18mm ply and 18mm wide cut pine, which I then cut down to just over 1m lengths, the bottom of the ply is 100cm x 100cm and the top is 100 cm x 105cm - Height of the box is 12cm or so. It has a hole cut in the bottom to access the spare wheel winch, but you'll need to supply your own ratchet etc
Very simple build, using plywood & Pine, with rubber mats in the bottom of the drawers

The only difference now is that they have 'strap' handles make it easier to open them - You'll also get 2 x straps to secure them to the Disco anchor points
The boot liner, rug, dog cage etc not included
Pick-up only as heavy and awkward with cash on collection please
