I find the interior mirror dimming annoying, how do i disable it?

The settings menu apparently has an entry for that, but it actually enables/disables the external mirror dipping, the internal dimming stays on.

ANd, could the external dipping be set/reset on the fly without cycling through the menu? 'cause sometimes dipping is derirable, some other time it isn't.

Thanks, ciao!
