I do agree that these are minor points, but for me wipers are sort of fundamental and for such a hi tech car I bothers me that I have manually wipe the windows in certain conditions.

curioser and curioser, on a drag up the M6 today in patchy rain, they worked faultlessly, providing perfectley timed sweeps to remove drizzle and moved to constant when required...could this be speed related as on slower B roads the same is not true?

a lot of it is, I think, related to the 'type' of rain and the amount of ambient light refracting through it, presumably that's why there is an adjustment on the wiper switch stalk?
by type, I mean the range of fine drizzle to cloudbursts...

Had the car back nearly a week and would you believe it, No Rain Yet! so can't say if it is better or not. Technician said that there was no adjustment available but he went through the procedure for recalibrating it in the hope that the factory setup was different from the way mine was performing.

Can't wait for it to rain now, roll on summer.
