AV cable

Hi

Apologises asking such a daft question, I’m going to add an aux cable to the back of my radio because I’ll have the dashboard apart anyway

Been trying to find without success some aux cable on ebay , without the 3.5mm connectors on

Was wondering if anyone would be so kind to let me know what’s the technical name for this cable plse or is it better to buy them pre made and cut the ends off
