Use the 3 ton ratchet type also

The folding type in the link look quite good and must certainly take less space if hauling along on a trip. I like to take my axle jacks with me on extended trips to make changing a tyre less of a gamble.

I also noticed that the top support surface of the folding ones was kind of flat, whereas with the ratchet ones per the link, the supporting top was curved so as to fit a Series style solid axle.

When I was looking for "axle" jacks, I was only able to find the non folding type, but I did find them with the top kind of flat, or at least not with the deeper curve depicted. I kind of perferred the flat top as that profile more matches the underside of the LR3/Disco frame.
