Ireland 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Manual Zambezi SilverDiscovery 3

just found this thread now. im the driver of the D3. the d3 is on cooper discover atr's and the rr is on general grabbers. this ridge is deceivingly tricky over the loose gravel and shale. the d3 did clear away most of the loose stuff and im sure the rr driver learned from my mistakes, that speed and keeping up momentum was the key. i've tried the same ridge numberous more times, when its been wet to and made it everytime. hope this clears up any confusion. Thumbs Up

Thought so. Experienced the same situation myself. It looked a lot more embarrassing than it really was. Very Happy

Thanks Thumbs Up
I just couldnt see how it appeared to be making way then the loose stuff moved and the whole car seem to slide sideways exposing quit a lip to get over, and it was very quick for a vehicle of this weight.
