Hello,
It's impossible to open my baggage compartment - When I try open it, I hear the electrical system but nothing happen and I can not access to the close system from inside of the car due to plastic parts.
Could someone help me?

Have you tryed holding down the lock and unlock button on the dashboard for a few seconds ? G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Yes I tried but it did the same as when I try to open the door from ouside - I heared the electrical system but nothing happened - How can I access to the system from inside?

If I am reading this correctly you cant get into the boot - I had exactly the same problem, its a real pain in the ar5e to fix - if you do a search on tailgate wont open you will find earlier posts. It sounds like a common problem.
