Base audio system

Can anyone help? Question
Every time put on the radio,the signal is poor,I have to switch to another radio station & switch back to the original and then the reception is fine, the dealer told me this is normal??? Shocked Rolling Eyes
This is an 09 motor,I have never had it happen before in any other vehicle.

Definately not normal on my 55 plate(MY06) vehicle, never had a problem with the radio or reception, just the cd player gave up the ghost at a tad over 3 yrs old, and very little use Shocked

Bin it and fit a double din independant unit - miles better sound and loads more functions Thumbs Up

But then you are still in warranty - ah....... ok get changed for another LR unit,will be an exchange unit rather than brand new but your entitled to reject a unit that does what you say. Overall the base unit is made in PR China and very fragile going tits up often. I recall 3 replacements on my first base D3 & 2 to date on current D3 but now removed and replaced with indy unit.

PM me if you want any help going down the indy unit option

The saga of the Radio goes on Sad Big Cry ,most of today the signal has been Censored ,Its disappointing when a motor that cost me alot of dosh,offers a crap sound system, it looks like a visit to the dealer is on the cards,why ,why ,why?
