Basic 1st steps for fault finding

I am after a few checks I can make before shelling out for the test adapter.

Voltages on terminals etc. The owners handbook makes no mention of the Aircon being in Auto mode and it has been suggested the FBH may have been deleted from the configuration, possible? A visitor from the dark side, my other vehicle is an MG5 EV
