Ok, I’m going to give my battery a good charger on a charger. Is it ok to leave the D3 without a battery for 24 hours? Or is it advised to charge it with the battery still connected?

It needs to be a minimum of 850A CCA. I just bought a Yuasa Black 019 battery from Halfords for £121 with a lifetime guarantee using a combination of trade card and cardyard gift card.

You're looking at the Varta G14 or Exide EA1000. 1972 Range Rover Classic 2 door V8
2013 Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE - SCRAPPED
2016 Land Rover Discovery 4 Landmark
2022 Volvo XC40 T5 PHEV 282HP FWD 3 cylinder!

Any battery that is a type 019 will fit, but not all are the same spec.

If you've got a D4 you will need to reset the battery monitor system to tell it that there's a new battery otherwise it could over charge it thinking it's still the old one. 1972 Range Rover Classic 2 door V8

Should you also grease the battery terminals? What is best to use if this is best practice?
