The manual says to reset the battery monitoring with SDD (or another compatible tool) however most people don’t. The system learns so after a few journeys it should adapt anyway. 012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)

You may also want to do some checks to see if you don’t have a second issue. Although I’m confident your battery is goosed, something likely caused it to go flat in the first place. Unless you know you did something to cause it, i.e. kept using the lights with engine off, using the stereo, etc. etc. 012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)
