Bearmach Alloy Wheel Style 2 18x8 (For a D4)

Was ordering some wheel nuts and service items from AF yesterday and noticed these in their Wheels/Mountings section.

Apparently they will fit the D4, so wondered if anyone has them fitted and what experiences of them they have? And if you do have them, what tyre size have you fitted?

Thanks, but aren't the callipers on a D4 bigger with 18s not normally fitting unless you go down the Compomotive route???

That seems to be the accepted theory Alfamale, D3 upgraded, 18's only and D4, 19's only except Compomotive's 18 inchers which fit but if you're ever in Bracknell or Egham, you're welcome to try
one of mine to see, might even rush to a cuppa and a bacon sarny!!

They would fit the 2.7l engined D4, which has the same brakes as a D3. No idea if they'd the 3.0l D4 which has bigger brakes.

Would be a result if they do. Thumbs Up

ETA: Just spotted that the AF listing says D3 2005-2009.

Where does it say this rim would fit a D4?

I tested them (genuine LR 18" 2008 SE wheels) on D4 with standard D4 3.0 brakes (ie larger dia), and:

They fit, and will rotate, but scrape against the caliper .... only just!
with spacers they might just clear, but not with enough clearance for my liking.
Not sure how worn my pads were at the time, which could therefore prove an issue at pad renewal time!
