Three year old, brand new? 
Why do they say it’s meant for export only to outside EU? No possibility of homologation or something?
Sadly, I don’t have the cash. The government would love me. They’d require at least 32000 eur vehicle tax on it... so all together roughly 75000 eur worth of vehicle right there. 
Note the discerning choice of tires

I don't mind having a LHD if it means I get that petrol noise!

I have found a minor damaged white 2011 D4 5.0 V8 on a salvage auction in Dubai for pennies (2nd time its been up for auction so could be a bargain) so I'm looking into how to get it bought and shipped to a port for onward shipping to UK
If it works out it could be around £8000 landed with all duty/iva included.

Yep
there are 2 versions, 5.0 V8 D4 with the 6 speed gear box up to 2013, then a super charged V6 petrol called SCV6 with the 8 speed box

Neither sold in the UK though.
So you have to find an export market one, and find a way of getting it back here, UK spec updates eg speedo, lighting etc, and then UK Conformity (IVA) testing. Not simple, mandatory for vehicles under 10 years old. > 10 years, IVA doesn't apply I think.

IVA test doesn't worry me as I've seen several D4 v8's and SCv6's registered in the UK
over the years

^^^^^Did you win the Dubai LR4 seemed a bargain when I looked it was at 3050AER (circa £650). I would be interested to understand if if made financial sense.  D3 2.7 Zermatt silver (not another one)

It was the 3rd time that one had been listed.
I missed the auction but I am in talks with the company about onward shipping to the UK before I actually bid on something!
So if we can get something in place I can then bid on whatever catches my eye next.
