I find a large lump hammer is a must for work on a Landrover.

Got a mix of Teng spanners and Halford stuff. Slowly building my toolbox (have now got a nice three stack box going!) Always need new tools
Having owned my Teng spanners for the last two years, I've only just found out about the interlocking ability of the trays!! Everyday's a school day

But don't pay more than half price; they have very regular sales, AND keep the receipt.
There's a lifetime warranty, but you must produce the receipt.

My Halfords never asked for receipt when I took back a big breaker bar I snapped the head off, the young lady merely said I wont ask what you were doing with it ==================================

Plusgas is another must. Had loads of seized bolts on my motorbike, and some stubborn ones on my Ssangyong. A good drenching in PlusGas over a few days and them come off nicely.
Love my Dremel too!!

plus 1 on the halfords pro sets
also had to buy a set of irwin sockets , they were life savers as it seemed the only thing to work getting the air tank off , oh and a set of mole grips

Agreed on plusgas, incredibly useful. The 'SuperCrack' they sell in ECP is pretty good too, very effective at cleaning up the thread.
