Wasn’ Sure where to stick this, mods feel free to move if needed.
MY15, recent replacement of battery & alternator. Bluackvue (650 2ch) hardwired in & using powermagic.
Seems to be constantly resetting itself, even after car been running for a while since battery & alternator replaced.
Will be trying a software update on the Blackvue today to see if that helps.
Thoughts appreciated. Paul.

Paul, try formatting the card first. Had a similar problem and formatting the card to fat 32 ( I think ) sorted it.  Mods:
Front Fogs + Halos
FBH Remote Control
The 1st Ever RRS Modded Grill
Garmin Nuvi + D4 Surround + Reversing Camera.
D4 Steering Wheel.
Rear Boot Spoiler.
Twin Brake Lights.

Also, try a new sd card, they don't seem to have much of a lifespan in the Blackvue as it is continually reading and writing to the card. When you are dead, you do not know you are dead. All of the pain is felt by others. The same thing happens when you are stupid.

Card reformatted, software update redone, will see what happens over the next week or so.

I have exact same set up and ended up buying a new card that sorted it direct from Blackvue, they are expensive but they work
