It's correct if you've copied it down right.
Ignore the initial part of it and the relevant section is the 5A309132.
Somewhere on the site is a post that explains the makeup of the initial section - model year, transmission, sale region. However, if your car is manual, that would appear to be in the range that Winger quoted.
If you're having clutch problems, look on the previous page to print out all of the T.S.B. text to show your dealer should he prove to be recalcitrant.

My clutch need replaced at 15,000 miles after the car being used on a beach. It transpires that the first batch of cars are known (according to my LR machanic) to have clutches that are too soft and not fit for the job. I had to fight to get this work done and even then they still cocked it up. Make sure they order the bolts to go with it!!!

due to get car tomorrow...clutch and fly wheel replaced along with the water cylinder bottle/sensor and another couple of things...thank god for this site... TDv6 S 7 seat

hi clutch replaced and has gone again 17 months later few miles on car...5 or 6k...can this be right...car now out of warranty surely I can claim for this..any ideas? TDv6 S 7 seat

Sorry to hear of your problem. I replaced my Disco 3 before anything dramatic happened and went for an automatic as I did not trust the clutch to last in the last Disco. The friend I mentioned before had his changed but it lasted only 3 weeks so he has also sold his Disco commercial and bought a BMw.
