Bluetooth people can hear me but I cannot hear them.

Help!! been trying to fix this problem, but without success, iphone connects to Bluetooth no problem I can ring people and they can hear me but I cannot hear them, radio and CD works ok.
bit of history, when I bought the Disco 3 2006 the previous owner had removed the radio head unit as it stopped working, I have fitted it with another hi line radio that was originally in there that's when I found the original fault was with the amplifier under the drivers seat, I replaced that and then found this problem with the Blue tooth, I thought it might be the Blue tooth module behind the rear side panel so replaced that but still the same.
have armed my self with a nanocom, but before I turn my Disco into a huge brick I thought I'd ask you knowledgeable people if you have any ideas.
cheers
Steve

when on a phone call, or ringing a number, turn the headunit volume up 10.

It will remember the phone volume then

worth a try

Fixed my fault I had got the wrong amp, got the correct amp and all working.
I had fitted a Logic 7 amp !.
the sound from the bluetooth ect must come out on a channel that has no speakers when fitted to a Disco with just the high line system.

I am having exactly the same problem but with the standard set up in my HSE. When i try and use the voice control it says no sound detected so wondering if my microphone is duff.
