| Bluetooth phone kit/stereo fitting |

I have a basic disco 3 2.7 tdvs. I have just purchased the VUB501150/1 Bluetooth phone kit. It came with the steering wheel buttons with stereo controls. My current steering wheel does not have these controls. My question is does this kit have all the bits that will connect these audio controls to the stereo or do I need to purchase anything else or any other looms? I know it will give me Bluetooth but will it also giveme steering wheel control for the stereo?

Welcome to the site 
Before you get giddy over the stereo controls ..there is a few issues that you may have .
First off did you get a bluetooth module with the kit ? ...not the square box with perforations in it ? ..it says Nokia on the unit .
Secondly ..do you have a base radio ? ( single CD insted of 6 disk ) G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

No the nokia ecu is not there. Where do I get it? Is there a specific part number? Will a ck7w do? Subject to me getting this, what will work exactly in the end? Yes it is a base radio does this make things better or worse?

Not good ...the LR bluetooth ( nokia ) module is no longer available from LR  They stopped making them about 6 months ago ..so unless you can find a second hand unit ...the kit is not much use to you .
No you cant use the ck7w one
Not sure about the base radio ..i was under the impession it did not work with that radio , but i may be wrong .
Let me check on the wiring diagram G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
