Bluetooth question/problem?

Hi

My D3 sits just outside my office when I am at home and just outside my office when at work, I mean in both cases I can se the car and it is less than 10 yards away.

Recently I have tried to answer or make a call on my iPhone when in my office and got no sound, on checking he 'Audio Source' the phone is connected my my damn D3!

Even though it has been switched off for several hours!

Is this normal, has anyone else seen a similar problem?

I am wondering if this is waking my car up and has caused the battery to run down and hence my recent starting problems?

Cheers.

Robin

I find the range over which this will happen is quite impressive... 40 or 50 yards easily! But I've not had it occur once the car's been off and locked for more than a couple of minutes; if it's still picking up after a couple of hours, it sounds like something's blocking the car from shutting down properly, which certainly won't help your battery (you've not left the radio on to get the heater timer to work have you?!)

Please tell me you are joking about the radio!

I don't need to turn it off manually do I?

No one else seen this problem then?

Any ideas on what could be keeping the car awake?
