Body lifted 2”-3”

Hi Guru’s
Can the body tie down bolts be removed and the body lifted 2”-3” without damage or undoing every else attached between the body and chassis? Huggs.

Short answer I would say no.
Brake pipes be too short.
Steering arm is telescopic but prob be too short
Wiring between the 2 will be too short
Fuel lines will be a bit stretched.
There’s loads of bits between the 2 that will need adapting.
Coolant lines,
Intercooler hoses
Rad brackets etc etc. Jarrod

Sorry, just to add some meat...
The lift would be to assist with the removal of the suspension parts not a perm lift option... Huggs.

I don't think you need to do that to remove the suspension parts. Unless something has snapped/seized such as anti roll bar bushes. 1972 Range Rover Classic 2 door V8

Ah ! I see. I’m guessing you mean for rear upper arms then ? The front uppers can be a bit tight but they are all doable with the body on. Jarrod
