Bonnet insulation foam
In the cold weather the insulation foam around the corners of the bonnet lid nearest the windscreen froze and when opening the bonnet tore away. In order to close the lid again I had to tear more of it away.
How important is this foam and is it quite easy to replace?
Many thanks.2014 D4 HSE Lux

Bonnet Anti Rattle pads
That makes two of us then, mine froze too and when I went to take it of the CTEK charger managed to rip the frozen padding apart. I am just trying to get the part number and costs from the main dealer. I will post if I get anywhere. I have not noticed any new noises yet when driving.

Update
I have managed to get the part numbers for the two anti rattle foam pads next to the bonnet hinges I think, should have them Wednesday:
Left side - LR019638 est: £4.00
Right side - LR019639 est:£9.00
I will update once fitted.

Foam pads update
ok, so maybe I don't have the correct parts yet. The two pads I have got from the dealer are not the same shape or size and on closer inspection, look like they sit in the wings somewhere.
I am trying Land Rover again to try and get the foam pads which were stuck to the bonnet next to the hinges.

Both around £5.50 each and now on order, will update again once received.
