Dash Warning BONNET UNLOCKED keeps appearing. I filled the washer and oil 2 weeks since but now I keep getting a warning that the bonnet is unlocked when it isn't. I've cleared leaves, gently closed it, slammed it, pulled it up but the warning still shows. Any ideas? Is there a sensor some where which may need cleaning?

shhh I was asleep ( I dont wear glasses and can read normal size text  )
on the right hand latch (drivers side) there is a switch under the latch. maybe the switch is loose, knackered or the connections are dirty. someone had a dirty connection and put the connector in and out a few times to clean it. close the bonnet and make sure the right hand side is closed as it isn't always apparent.
