Hi,
Has anyone done a mod for the side panels in the boot so that you can do the following.
Lashing points for a 20l Jerry can so it wont tip over when driving home from petrol station.
Fixing point for a large fire extinguisher (in addition to front seat mounted one)
General flexibility.
I was thinking of some ply mounted to the side panel where its mostly flat. Maybe wiht a semi-cut out by the "dimple" so that can become a storage bin. Tie dows could be fitted into the panel for strap points. The panel it self either screwed or ideally bolted into spreader plates behind the original plastic one.
Something like that?
I have seen the draws, but I want to keep the great big space, so its the side straps that are key for me.
