Broken in to - keyless - insurance claim?
Our MY16 which has keyless entry was ransacked the other night
It was definitely locked and our neighbours Audi (also keyless entry) was done too
Has anyone successfully claimed on their insurance, or are LR still insisting it is impossible to unlock a car without the keys?2003 Discovery 2 V8 GS

It's a well known fact that keyless is flawed and lots of reports on LR forums

I fear this happening also. To the OP; did you ever find out how it was done?
I mean; did they boost the signal from your own key inside the house... or use some other contraption?
I'll be keeping my key in a faraday pouch or metal storage box at night...

A microwave is a good Faraday cage apparently, but don't switch it on with the remote fob inside 8)MY12 D4 HSE Ipanema Sand

Bought two of these RFID blocking pouches for my car keys when they are in the house. Keep the spare key in one permanently and just take the other key out when I want to use the car and put it back when I get home, and they work. Tried opening the car when the key was in the pouch and I couldn’t. Money well spent I think.
