Tubed side steps question

Hi All,

Looking at replacing my side steps for some tubed ones. Anyone know where I can just get the brackets from as the origionals don't line up with the replacements. Part number on the Tubes VTD50020 B14.

I believe the replacments are from a D4 but Kinda hoping they would be compatible.
