GP after the fault drops down to 100 or so then builds up to 380kpa and stays there. ie normal height only.
I have a new air reservoir arriving tomorrow and will fit that.
If that doesn't sort it it'll have to be big money spent on new compressor.

Is there a chance there's a leak from the gallery? (reservoir valve block)yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

What was the condition of the old desiccant when you cleaned/refurbed the compressor?
If the desiccant had broken down (white powder) it can find its way past the filters and clog other parts of the system, namely the valve blocks!
The reservoir valve block is a simple enough component to dismantle and clean! You might as well now as you have come this far. Just lube the seals with silicone spray on reassembly.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Well you're clearly making progress! Did you look at the reservoir valve block?
Take a screen shot of the following live values while the compressor is running and post them here.
