Camping on The Long Mynd, Shropshire 2016
Every year we assist with the marshalling/first aid/comms etc. on the Long Mynd Hike (a 50 mile walk, in it's 49th year)
We are very lucky to be able to 'wild' camp at one of the most remote checkpoints on top of Corndon Hill in order to staff our checkpoint from about 4pm Saturday through to around 4am Sunday Morning. Having the luxury of the Oztents, and especially the wood stove makes it a lot more bearable
I managed to snap a couple of shots of a very beautiful misty sunset and sunrise either side of the stint. Thought you'd like to see.
Excuse the slightly dark exposure, these were only taken with my iPhone. I wish I'd packed my DSLR

Great pics...and what wonderful views to wake up to
Corndon is a beautiful walk/climb. If you are a fan of the area, there was a really interesting Walking Through Time on C4 on Saturday evening that explored the geology of the Church Stretton fault and the history of the Condover mammoths. Worth finding on their version of the iPlayer.
