Hi if anyone's about. I can't get my bolts out of the compressor bracket am just wondering if anyone has tried snapping it off or is there a way to cut the bolts off cheers

Shear them off with two good fitting chrome vanadium spanners and brute force, fit new bolts of course.
When refitting modify the bracket as photo below with an hacksaw, put the bolt in loose and then slide the bracket on with compressor fixed to it, it will then support both while you get the second bolt in
It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

i managed to use a 1mm cutting disk in a grinder to get at the lowest bolt. the other two were harder, mine were just spinning in the captive nut plates so i used a big old pry bar behind the mounting a pry'd the rest off with a bit of brute force and ignorance.

3 bolts, the most complicated part is only 1 the top one (hidden), you need this
Once this is dismantled don't put it back to make your life easy

Yep that would of been handy but as it was the bolts seized to the bracket so no matter what I would of done they woudnt of come out my option was to cut them out .
I did get it all back on the car today and it's working no faults and up and down seems alot faster i have cleared the codes gone out for a drive and have these codes

I had a similar issue the same nut, it was heavily corroded, so had to buy this, plus the articulated socket, then it was no problem at all.👍🏻
