| Where can I find a G4 winch mount?? |

Hi everyone, please bear with me if you have already answered this question, but I am new to the forum, and although I have looked around, I haven't been able to find an answer yet.
I am looking to buy my first D3 in October and I am looking for the G4 winch mount tray that fits the Warn 9.5XP winch. I have asked at my local Land Rover dealer, but they said I have to buy the whole package (Winch, winch plate new bumper and electrics) and have it fitted by them. I explained I already had the winch, but they said they won't supply the mount seperately. Does anyone know where I can buy the mount? (Have looked on Mantec and loads of other websites, but I can't find D3 bits.) Are they easy to fit, and do I really need a whole new bumper?? Seems a bit excessive!
I have seen the posts for hidden winch mounts, but I have to admit, I'm not a fan of them.

Hello Stiffy,
I couldn't believe it but you are right I can't find a price for the winhmount without Winch.
A winch Mount isn't High tech and I think they just cut the front Bumper on the G4D3's. I don't have mine at home yet to check. I think It will be possible to copy an G4 winch mount or another. Get the measurements on a show and let somebody make one for you.
I think folding is better than welding. Roel

Or try The Large One - he seems to be able to supply sub kits for some of the larger packages (A Bar top brackets for instance) Craig
