What car would you own?
In a response to SJR's post about what cars have we owned, I wondered, if anyone had a hankering after a particular car?
Now, I'm not talking about money no object dream garage stuff like a Pagini Zonda, but a sensible costing machine, so, lets set a budget of say 30k which is the cost of a decent D3.
Mine would be a Triumph TR6 or failing that, a BMW M6.
Have lusted after a TR6 since I was a kid and will definately have one at some point.
M6 not so sure about, I'd get one today if I didn't have 3 kids and fishing tackle to cart about, but I just want one. There's a black one that smokes around Reading and it sounds flipping awesome on full chat and every time it pulls up next to me I have a little sex wee
This question isn't open to Ken as he's got a bloody dream garage already!! Welcome "Lola"

DB9... inlaws next door neighbour has one, ragged the nuts off it on xmas eve, fell in love then and there, have driven every car he's had in the last few years including the DB5 which he still has and the db9 is just in another league, it's like owning a special ducati, there is just something extra special about driving it..
off to the toilet now...

For 30k newest FFRR TDV8 I could get, but no good for the hounds as they are too discerning!
Mind you if it has had as many faults as I've experienced with 3 x D3s, might not bother!

FFRR Supercharged is what I would like next 8) Bit more than 30k though.Global Warming.... I'm luvvin it
Believe me, you don't need a supercharger in a FFRR. The TDV8 is fast enough out of the box and I wouldn't even consider a re-map as it simply doesn't need it.
I've got my dream cars so I'll just take your £30k to keep them in tax, insurance and fuel thank-you!The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

Been looking for an Inteceptor for a while now. Having lived close to the West Brom factory as a kid, and with my next door neighbour working there, it was my dream car. I brought a load of spares when the factory closed down (and sold them in my twenties much too cheaply !!). Problem is, they are either mint, and too much money, or complete crap. I'm trying to find one I can do some work on but isnt a complete basket case.
So, I dream on.

@ Al..mate had an Interceptor, beautiful but cost him an absolute fortune to keep on the road.
@ Ken...we're talking "normal" as some of us are not in yout leauge mate, lol
However, if a lottery win were to befall me then a Lambo Muciallago or an Aston Martin Vanquish (Or Both!) would be on the cards methinks!
But, as that's not the point, I'l stop dreaming now.
Am a bit gutted today as sold the Fireblade 200 Miles in the last 12 months it was being slightly underused, so had to go.
Mrs BCC doesn't think it's a good idea if I go and buy a Victory, and not ride that ether Welcome "Lola"
