I bought my new motorhome 1 year ago so it is due a service. I phoned where I bought it from and they will only do the habitation service at £199. spoke to the other dealer who is closer and I had bought all my previous caravans from and they will do the habitation service at £140 some £60 cheaper and they will also get the base vehicle service done as well. they are more than happy to work on it and that will include warranty work. but there again due to a lot of problems with a previous caravan I bought from them I have built up a good relationship with them. they are also a lot less snooty than where I bought it from. so maybe it is just the luck of the draw

Try these guys, approved workshop and a quote from their website.

My own personal experience is very few of the larger dealers are willing to take on servicing or warranty unless the caravan is purchased from them.

Repairs and Warranty
Currently, we are the only service centre to offer warranty repairs for all appliance manufactures regardless of where the caravan was purchased!

Well after much deliberation and haggling , we have just put a deposit down on a 2018 Swift conqueror 645. Funnily enough went back to the last place we bought our van from and they were keen to do a deal . Nobody else really interested:-( considering the 2019 models are now coming out.
